What we promise, and what we ask of you, in plain English.

Prices

Labour is a fixed £75 for a freestanding washing machine or washer-dryer and £85 for a built-in one, including VAT. It covers the visit, finding the fault and the work to fix it. There is no separate call-out charge.

Parts are extra. We tell you which part is needed and its price before we fit it, and we fit nothing you have not agreed to.

If a part has to be ordered, we give you the expected date before we leave and return to fit it at no extra labour charge.

What you pay if the machine cannot be repaired, or if you decide not to go ahead after we have diagnosed it: to be confirmed.

The six-month guarantee

Every repair comes with a 6-month guarantee on the parts we fit and our work. If the same fault comes back in that time, we come back and fix it at no charge. It doesn't cover a different fault, accidental damage, or work done by someone else.

Visits

We agree a time when you ring and text before we arrive. If we are going to be late, we tell you.

Someone over 18 needs to be at the property, with access to the machine, the tap and the socket.

We do not repair machines we judge unsafe to work on, and we will say why.

Your rights

Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to work done with reasonable care and skill.
