When you ring, we ask for the make and what the machine is doing, and in most cases we can tell you the likely fault and the price there and then. We agree a time, usually the same or next working day, and text before we arrive. The labour is a fixed £75, or £85 for a built-in machine, including VAT. Parts are extra and you know their price before we fit anything. If a part has to be ordered, you get the date before we leave. Every repair is guaranteed for six months on parts and labour. If a machine is not worth repairing, we will say so, on the phone where we can, before it costs you anything.
