Do we come to you?
Everywhere on this page gets the same fixed labour fee, the same or next working day where we can, and the same six-month guarantee. There is nothing extra for distance inside the area.
Bournemouth
Bournemouth is where we are based, and we cover every part of it, from the town centre and Boscombe out to Kinson, Throop and Hengistbury Head. Postcodes BH1 to BH11. If your machine is built into a kitchen unit, as many in the flats are, the labour charge is £85 rather than £75.
Poole
We cover all of Poole, from the Quay and Hamworthy round to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, and north to Broadstone and Canford Heath. Postcodes BH12 to BH18. Poole has the same hard water as Bournemouth, so heating elements and limescale come up as often here. The prices and the timescales are the same.
Christchurch
Christchurch town, Mudeford, Highcliffe, Somerford, Burton and the rest of BH23. An older machine that has been looked after is usually worth repairing, and we will say so when it is.
A little further out
We will usually come to Ferndown, Wimborne, West Parley, Verwood and Ringwood too, at the same price. That far out we cannot always promise the same day, so we will tell you when we ring back whether it is today or tomorrow. If you are beyond that, ring anyway. If we cannot get to you, we will say so straight away rather than leave you waiting.
The outer boundary, and whether the same-or-next-day promise holds there: to be confirmed.
