Privacy notice

What we collect, and why

When you send a booking request

Your name, phone number, email if you give it, your address and what the machine is doing. We use it to ring you back, quote, and arrange and carry out the repair.

When you call

Your number and what you tell us, for the same purpose.

When you visit the site

No tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. We count visits with a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and cannot identify you. The postcode checker and the error-code finder run in your browser or on our server and store nothing about you.

Who receives it

The engineer who carries out your repair, and our website host, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Booking requests and job records are kept for 12 months after the guarantee ends. Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for 30 days. Submissions caught by the spam trap are not kept.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email support@washingmachinerepairbournemouth.co.uk.
